Transport
DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
After placing the order on the site, you will be called to confirm and verify the
shipping dates. We do not deliver any order without being confirmed by phone.
The products ordered on the website www.esluna.ro are delivered only by express
courier to the customer.
The delivery fee is 20 RON.
The fee for changing the product is 25 RON.
Shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
All products are made to order, and delivery will be made between 5-7 working
days.
Delays can occur due to various reasons: legal holidays, unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems independent of the company, etc.
Deliveries are made only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
Attention: If the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to
deliver the package, the order will be returned to us, and in the future you will
not be able to place orders on our website, being added to the black list.
DO NOT SEND a product for exchange / return before notifying us by phone! Parcels
sent without telephone notice will not be picked up and will be returned to
you !!!
ESLUNA BOUTIQUE SRL reserves the right to cancel orders already placed or being
delivered in the following situations:
- the client postpones the delivery of the package twice;
- the client twice refuses to take over the package from the representative of
the courier company;
- the customer cancels and re-confirms the placed orders
